    Supporting Scandinavian brands

Aura's work has primarily supported Scandinavian brands. Customers have used and trusted Aura's services for supplier verification, softline inspection and factory-side evidence in the Quanzhou cluster. Aura also works with international brands and importers.

Buyer-side. Fee-only. No factory commissions or pay-to-list suppliers.

    Services

Three scoped ways to reduce supplier-side uncertainty

Scoped work with defined deliverables. Pricing is quoted per engagement — tell us what you need and you receive a scoped quote.

    Supplier Verification Visit

Aura visits the factory in person — in Quanzhou, Jinjiang or Shishi — and documents what is actually there: the premises, the production lines, the people you would be working with, and whether the supplier's claims match what can be observed.

    Softline Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before your goods leave the factory, Aura inspects the finished order against your specification: workmanship, measurements, quantity and packaging for apparel and textiles, footwear, and simple fashion and textile accessories.

    Product and Supplier Feasibility Review

A gated, written review of your product and intended supplier before you commit: whether the product fits the supplier category, what the realistic risks are, and what your next step should be. Acceptance is confirmed after a short review of your requirements.

    What you receive

Every engagement ends in writing. Example report formats are available on request — email us or use the quote form.

    Verification report

Dated photos, observed facts separated from supplier claims, and points that could not be verified.

    Inspection findings report

Measurements against your tolerances, defect photos, packaging checks, and an outcome: release recommended, hold and correct, or buyer decision required.

    Feasibility summary

A written factory-side assessment of your product and supplier situation, with recommended next steps.

    How it works

    From request to report

    1. 01

      Send your request

Product details, quantities and — for visits and inspections — the supplier's name and address.

    2. 02

      Scope and quote

Aura confirms what the work covers and what it costs before anything is scheduled.

    3. 03

      Factory scheduling

Attendance is arranged with the supplier. Short travel times may make rapid response possible; factory access and schedule are confirmed first.

    4. 04

      Fieldwork

The visit or inspection is carried out in person and documented with dated photos and notes.

    5. 05

      Report and next steps

You receive the findings — observed facts, gaps, and a clear recommendation for your decision.

    Quality framework

    The Aura Standard — a 4-point check

Fieldwork is documented against four points. If something cannot be verified on site, the report says so — with what is missing, not a guess.

    Material observations

Declared material, GSM where properly measured, colour and visible consistency.

    Construction

Seams, reinforcement, workmanship, measurements and defect classification.

    Packaging

Labels, barcodes, folding, assortment, cartons and shipping marks.

    Documentation and testing status

Certificates supplied, issuer and status checks, test reports present or missing, and items requiring laboratory or legal review. Aura records evidence and gaps — it does not certify compliance.

    Service area

    Inside the Quanzhou cluster

Aura works in person across the Quanzhou manufacturing cluster — Quanzhou, Jinjiang and Shishi. Being local means short travel times and rapid scheduling with factories.

    Scope boundaries

    What Aura does not do

Clear limits are part of the service. If your situation needs more than this scope, the report will say so.

    • Aura does not certify REACH, GPSR, OEKO-TEX or other regulatory compliance. Reports record documentation and testing status — what evidence the supplier provided, and what is missing.
    • Aura does not guarantee supplier legitimacy or future performance.
    • Aura does not perform social-compliance or management-system audits.
    • Aura is not a factory, trading company, freight forwarder, laboratory or certification body.
    • Aura works in apparel and textiles, footwear, and simple fashion and textile accessories — not electronics, toys, PPE, medical goods, machinery or other hardlines.

    Before you book

    Preparing your quote request

The more of this you can share, the more precise the scope and quote. Reference photos are enough to start.

    • Product specification, tech pack or clear reference photos
    • Target quantities per style or order
    • Your quality, labelling and packing requirements
    • Supplier name and address (for verification visits and inspections)
    • What the supplier has told you, where a supplier is already involved
