How we quote.
Every request is reviewed and quoted individually. Your quote depends on the product, quantity, complexity, destination and the services you need. Aura's remuneration is included in the quote, you fund supplier payments before we commit, and we accept no factory commissions.
What affects the quote?

Product
What it is, its materials and construction, and whether a specification already exists.

Quantity
Units per style, size and colour, and whether this is a first order or a repeat.
- 03
Complexity
Sampling rounds, number of suppliers to compare, trims, packaging and labelling.
- 04
Destination
Where the goods ship and which carrier, forwarder or broker is involved.
- 05
Services
Sourcing or purchasing, plus any visits, inspections, consolidation or photography you add.
How is Aura paid?
By you, and only by you. Aura’s remuneration is included in your written quote and stated clearly, whether the work is a project fee, a procurement fee or separately priced visits and inspections.
We accept no factory commission, paid placement, kickback or undisclosed supplier benefit. That keeps our recommendations on your side.
When do you pay?
Before Aura commits. For stock purchases you fund the purchase in full first. For manufacturing you fund each supplier payment, following the factory’s deposit and balance schedule unless your quote says otherwise.
