    Softline Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before your goods leave the factory, Aura inspects the finished order against your specification: workmanship, measurements, quantity and packaging for apparel and textiles, footwear, and simple fashion and textile accessories.

Who it is for: Brands and importers with a production order ready to ship (or nearing completion) who need an independent, buyer-side check before releasing balance payment or accepting the goods.

Where: At the factory in Quanzhou, Jinjiang or Shishi — including apparel inspection in Quanzhou and Shishi and footwear inspection in Jinjiang. Factory access and scheduling are confirmed before attendance.

    What you provide

    Process and timing

Once the factory confirms the order is ready for inspection, Aura schedules attendance. Short travel times may make rapid response possible, subject to the factory address, access and schedule; the inspection date is always confirmed before booking. You receive the findings report after the inspection.

    Common questions

Do you pass or fail my order?

The report states findings and a recommendation: release recommended, hold and correct, or buyer decision required. The release decision is always yours.

Do you test materials in a lab?

No. Aura is not a laboratory. Inspection covers observable workmanship, measurements, quantity and packaging. The report records what documentation and test reports the supplier has provided, and what is missing.
