What does Aura Supply Chain Solutions do?
Aura is a buyer-side sourcing and procurement partner based in Quanzhou, Fujian. We find, compare and buy from Chinese factories and suppliers for apparel and footwear, manage samples and production, and check goods before they ship.
Is Aura on the buyer's side or the factory's side?
The buyer's. You pay Aura, and we accept no factory commission, paid placement, kickback or undisclosed supplier benefit. A factory or seller is a supply source, not our client.
Which products do you work with?
Apparel and footwear: private-label garments, ready-made clothing, sportswear, activewear, sneakers and casual footwear. Safety-critical, medical, PPE, toys, complex electronics and unfamiliar regulated goods are excluded.
How much does Aura charge?
Every request is reviewed and quoted individually. The quote depends on the product, quantity, complexity, destination and the services you need, and it states Aura's remuneration clearly.
Who pays the supplier, and when?
You do, before Aura commits. For stock purchases you fund the purchase in full first; for manufacturing you fund each supplier payment, usually mirroring the factory's deposit and balance schedule. Aura does not finance orders.
Can you buy from 1688 or Taobao for me?
Yes. We find the item, check what can reasonably be checked about the listing and seller, confirm price and terms, and buy once you approve and fund the purchase. We then receive and consolidate the goods.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Aura has no fixed minimum. Factory MOQs depend on the product, fabric and construction, and we show each supplier's MOQ in the comparison so you can choose an option that fits your volume.
Do you guarantee quality or suppliers?
No. We reduce risk with evidence: written briefs, supplier comparisons, samples, visits and inspections. We report what we observed and what remains unverified, and the final product, supplier and shipment decision is yours.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We coordinate packaging and the handover to qualified carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers. Aura is not itself a forwarder or customs broker and does not guarantee customs clearance.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
In Quanzhou, Fujian, with Jinjiang and Shishi a short drive away. Sourcing research and online purchasing cover suppliers across China; in-person visits are confirmed per request.
Which buyers do you work with?
Buyers worldwide, with a focus on Europe and the Nordics: brands, retailers, e-commerce sellers, resellers and founders, from first orders to repeat production.
Which languages do you work in, and how fast do you reply?
English, Swedish and Chinese. You get a reply within two business days, with scope questions or a written quote.
